Case Load WSLP Record Keeping

Written Student Learning Plan Pursuant to Washington state law, Written Student Learning Plans (WSLP) and Monthly Progress Checks (MPC) are requirements of WACA’s Alternative Learning Experience. The student’s WSLP DataView will be updated monthly to note their progress in our program.

Satisfactory Progress is defined as the following:  Grade 6-8: Passing four classes, two of which being in the core content areas (ELA, Math, Science or Social Studies). Students will be considered to have unsatisfactory progress during the month they reach four weeks of cumulative, no weekly contact, and then any month after in which they miss a week of contact.

In the third image below, I developed the metrics to predict when a student would become unsatisfactory.  The link to the document has the same data with out the visualizations.
